This global financial services organisation is currently looking to grow their asset finance and leasing business. As such they have decided to recruit their first tax professional within the European Group to provide tax advice on all transactions.
This role will add value on deals and look at providing tax advice to M&A activity on leasing companies. There will also be significant interaction with Group tax who will manage and oversee the tax compliance for the leasing division.
You will need to have significant financial services tax experience, ideally with specific asset finance or leasing knowledge gained within a financial services organisation.
