At the same time you will help build the wider practice by mentoring less experienced people in your division, and playing a key role in the development of new business. You will assume real ownership of your client relationships, working directly with Partners on some client engagements in order to fully service their needs.

The role involves:
* Providing advice regarding complex tax technical issues, including transfer pricing, M&A and cross border transactions
* Undertaking technical research
* Building relationships with clients and managing their expectations
* Billing
* Mentoring and coaching more junior people in your team
* Involved in business development initiatives
To be considered you must possess:
* ACA/CTA Qualification or equivalent qualifications or experience
* Experience of advising clients on corporate tax issues
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Experience of developing and maintaining client relationships
* Staff management experience
