Job Description
As the Expat Tax Senior, you will:
* Review/update compensation details for equalized assignees required for the tax preparation process, with resolution of compensation related queries and miscellaneous issues raised by the company's expatriate tax provider
* Administer Modified PAYE for UK inbound equalized assignees
* Address routine tax related questions and issues for GM team members, HR colleagues, and more junior assignees, review the tax component on cost projections prepared by the counselors
* Perform hypo tax and gross-up calculations, review tax equalization calculations prepared by tax provider for manager sign-off
* Participate in assignment structuring, compensation delivery and collection process improvements, accrual process
* Maintain tax authorization lists, tracking of tax settlements, and coordination of tax equalization settlements and other tax related reimbursements
Required Skills
* 2-6 years of expat tax experience, from public or private
* BA in Accounting
* Strong communication skills
* Attentive to detail and organized
