A well-established and respected active Fund Manager is currently looking to hire a commercially astute Tax Manager to lead advisory projects for the business.
Reporting directly to the Head of Tax and Structured Finance you will be able to adapt well to a range of work and must be happy dealing with unexpected queries and challenges from across the business. The role will also give you a significant influence over product structuring and development as well as the effective management of existing products in line with changing policy and regulation. Further responsibilities will cover Prospectus wording, Transfer Pricing and efficient structuring of the business which is growing internationally - particularly in the Far East. You will also be involved in Tax advisory work for new Products a good understanding of OEICs and SICAVs is important.
You must bring a strong Tax consulting background in an established advisory firm or asset manager as well as an understanding of International Fund Management.
