Job Description
As the HNW/Family Office Tax Manager/Senior Manager, you will:
* Manage multiple sophisticated client engagements for high net worth individuals and family groups
* Review complex individual tax returns and related fiduciary, partnership, corporate and not for profit returns
* Direct communication with clients and their advisers
* Strategize with Managing Directors regarding tax planning. Give clients’ recommendations and guidance on how to achieve their goals. Assist in identifying opportunities for growth
* Research and resolution of tax issues and notices
* Work closely with staff and senior management to mentor, train, supervise and evaluate staff
Required Skills
* 8-20 years of tax experience servicing HNW/Family Office clients
* Ability to effectively communicate and develop strong relationships with clients, business partners and co-workers
* Passion for client service
* Strong computer skills
Desired Skills
* Master's in Accounting or Taxation
* CPA
