Reach International is working with this Global Accountancy Firm to appoint a Restructuring Senior Associate to its office in Bermuda. To be considered for this vacancy you must have at least 2 years’ Insolvency/Corporate Restructuring experience
The Role
In the role of Restructuring Senior Associate you will be expected to assist, advise and support clients on matters such as:
• Turnaround planning
• Crisis Management
• Viability diligence, performance analysis and cash flow forecasting
• Restructuring options
• Formal insolvency processes
• Negotiations with stakeholders
• Developing a network of internal and external contacts
• Supporting the team with market research, planning and attending client marketing events
The Candidate
• At least 1 years’ experience in Corporate Restructuring/Insolvency
• CA/ACA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent qualification
