This World-Leading Investment Management Business is looking for a successful candidate to support the International Tax Manager providing assistance and advice on the following aspects of the group's international operations, principally including:
*Structuring issues on acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations, start-ups, and repatriation planning
*Core international tax technical issues - CFCs, financing & forex, analysis and reviews of treaty issues
*Tax desk support for ad hoc international tax enquires
*Overseas adviser management, material return/accounts reviews and tax audit involvement
*Tax planning in-country and cross-border
*Monitoring legislative updates
*Supporting product tax advice analysing implications for the group
*Assisting with the development of overseas tax risk management procedures and controls
