The responsibilities of the role are wide ranging and include working on tax strategy, M&A projects and structuring and financing.

Ideal candidates will be UK tax experts with good experience of working on international tax issues. A good commercial ability and technical skills is required along with an ability to identify and implement planning opportunities.
