As International Tax Manager, you will have several responsibilities including:
*Subpart F calculations and analysis
*E&P and tax pools calculations and analysis
*Tax basis studies
*Interaction with Tax Accounting group as part of quarterly and year-end international tax provision process
*Interfacing with independent auditors
*Researching tax issues
Required Skills
*5+ years of accounting/tax experience
*Exposure to international tax, income tax, research/planning, and multi-national corporations
*Certification or Master's designation, preferred (CPA, JD, LLM)
*Strong systems skills
*Experience from a Big 4 firm, strongly desired
