The Company
A rare opportunity for adaptable working hours working for a large consultancy based in central London. You will be working alongside the Finance Director in a stand along capacity handling the company's tax issues.
The tax manager role
*Manage the UK corporation tax, VAT and some aspects of PAYE
*Oversee the tax affairs for non-UK entities
*Tax compliance - Assist in the process for the production and submission of annual corporation tax returns
*Correspondence and liaison with HMRC
*Reviewing VAT and CGT returns as required
*Accounting - assist in the preparation of tax figures for company annual and interim accounts
*Relationship management - To develop good relationships with other Finance teams and with business teams outside of Finance
*Reporting to the Finance Director
About you
*Qualified accountant or equivalent tax qualifications
*At least 5 years post qualification experience in a UK tax role
*Knowledge of Corporation Tax but also VAT
*Must be looking for flexibility in working hours
