As an M&A / Private Equity tax manager you'll be working in partnership with clients to unlock the value from transactions by combining strong technical knowledge with excellent project management skills and cutting edge ideas. You'll work closely with tax client service teams to provide expertise, ensuring that they are able to successfully add value when advising on their clients' deals. Our clients are typically FTSE 350 companies, Private Equity houses and global clients
The key skills needed to fill this role are CTA or ACA/CA (or equivalent) qualification, with corporate tax experience. It's also vital with you have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a fast paced team.
