A major international media company in West London is currently looking to recruit a capable and enthusiastic Tax professional as maternity cover. The role is likely to extend beyond the initial 6 month contract period.

Responsibilities will include:
1. Review and/or preparation of UK tax compliance requirements including monthly UK VAT returns, quarterly EU Eighth Directive VAT returns and UK corporate tax returns.
2. Assist with the withholding tax reporting requirements and collection process
3. Ad hoc VAT and WHT queries.
4. UK tax accounting forecasts, computations and bookings, and monthly collation and review of EMEA region tax accounting positions.
5. Assist with documentation and implementation of tax related process and system improvements.
6. Assist with ad hoc tax projects for UK / EMEA region.
