This position primarily involves pricing inter-company financial transactions such as loans, guarantee fees and accounts receivable factoring transactions. What can you expect from a career in TP?You will complete analyses under the supervision of a manager such as analyzing financial statements, industry overviews and comparable analyses of various financial transactions and companies. You will be responsible for writing reports and background documents, including short memos and research papers. Data research will be completed using both publicly accessible and firm-specific databases. You will learn about financial transactions, business, and industries and apply this knowledge.We are looking for applicants who have.- A degree specializing in accounting/finance, economics or another quantitative discipline,- Relevant work experience in banking or capital markets is an asset but not a requirement,- Knowledge of and interest in transfer pricing, credit risk and financial markets. It is an asset if you are working towards the CFA designation,- Strong research, writing, and quantitative analytical skills. You must be knowledgeable of and comfortable working with financial statements and have the ability to gather, analyze and synthesize data for various markets, industries and company/client operations, - Strong verbal communications skills. You are comfortable presenting work and ideas to others, - Excellent computer skills; including proficiency in Word and Excel.
