Our Transfer Pricing team in Manchester is a vibrant and growing practice where you will be supported and encouraged to develop as a successful transfer pricing professional. We provide expert advice on any aspect of transfer pricing including documentation, defence, planning and thin capitalisation.
Your ability to focus on our clients and deliver innovative tax solutions will be enhanced by our knowledge of specific business environments including large multi-nationals, financial services and the chance to work with many household names. Use your networking skills to proactively grow the practice, adding real value and making an impact both on the firm and to your clients.
You will work closely with the corporate and international tax teams in this role, with support from all parts of our national transfer pricing practice.
The role involves:
* Leading business development initiatives on target accounts, contributing to winning new work
* Managing the development of transfer pricing design, compliance and audit defence strategies
* Drafting transfer pricing reports including economic and financial analyses to support the client's position with the Inland Revenue
* Input into development of new market opportunities locally and nationally with an opportunity to lead the development of the new ideas
* Identifying cross service line opportunities
* Developing less experienced staff with hands on advice and support
* Supporting the Transfer Pricing Practice through the development of new services and analytical tools, and the assumption of practice management responsibilities

To be considered, you must possess:
* Experience within consulting or industry involving economic analysis
* Previous experience in dealing with transfer pricing issues, strong technical skills
* Client driven with strong commercial awareness
* Ability to develop innovative ideas and solutions
* Exceptional client relationship management skills with the ability to develop quality outputs
* Strong project management skills
