You will carry out the following:
В§ Liaise with the business regarding business developments, assess tax impact and minimise tax risk.
В§ Formulation of Group policy & procedures and monitor appropriateness.
В§ Provision of tax advice on ad hoc projects, incorporating impact on Group structure
В§ Management of and advice with respect to Group transfer pricing
В§ Assistance with ad hoc structuring (domestic and international)
В§ Oversee and manage tax aspects of group acquisitions and disposals (domestic and international) particularly with regards to required due diligence work & impact on Group structure
В§ Oversee improvements to the - Tax Management System-
You will be CA or equivalent with significant domestic and international tax experience based around tax advisory work.
