Our Tax group has an immediate opening for a contract position providing administrative/office support for Tax season. The contract will commence March 15, 2010 and expire on or before May 7, 2010. This is a approximately a 2 month opportunity.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing quality services to internal clients which includes, but is not limited to:
- Work independently to ensure deadlines are met
- Sorting and distributing 'in process' and completed T1 Returns and Assembling T1 Returns
- Preparing flow sheets, photocopying information slips and returns, assembling completed returns and organizing them for final deliverables.
- E-Filing returns and reconciling the acceptances and rejections to our internal tracking database.
