This fast growing private equity backed Anglo-African natural resources business is keen to hire a Tax & Treasury Manager. Based at the London head quarters in the West End, you will report to the Head of Tax & Treasury. Principally your duties will be to manage the daily management of cash, including foreign exchange hedging and cash pooling. Additional duties will include the in-sourcing and management of corporate tax compliance and assistance with tax planning initiatives across the Group.
Key duties will include;
Treasury
Foreign exchange hedging
Management of cash pooling arrangements
Management of cash to ensure immediate access
Tax
Preparation of UK corporate tax compliance
Preparation of tax packs
Assistance with UK and international planning initiatives
Liaison with external advisors
Indirect tax compliance
Skills required;
ACA or ACT qualified or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience of UK corporate tax compliance
Experience of cash pooling
Project management skills
