The main duties of the role include:
Accounting
Monitoring of the financial statement and statement of account for the branch
Preparation and follow-up of accounting data
Preparation of accounts, documents and month and year end information for external auditors
Internal/external reporting
Preparation of internal reporting (GS II, Bale II, IFRS…)
Registration of adjustments of the statement of account and of the financial statement
Preparation of external reporting for the regulatory authorities based on our reporting tool FIRE
IT
Data Warehouse
Projects
Configuration/verification and testing of the reporting tool
The required skills
Well organised and good analytical skills
Good communication and problem solving skills
Experience in project management
Very good knowledge of Data Warehouse, MS-Office (especially Excel), knowledge of Visual Basic an asset
Team player, but also able to work independently
