This international company is seeking an experienced tax manager to join their in-house team. With annual turnover of over £500million, you will have excellent exposure to a range of UK and International tax issues. The Role
* Calculation of monthly corporation tax accruals, preparation of monthly deferred tax calculation and reconciliation of tax general ledger accounts
* Corporation tax return submissions
* Preparing for, and assisting with, transaction tax audits
* Assisting with compliance with IFRS and UK GAAP accounting for income taxes including updating and reviewing the tax accounting policies
* Management of HMRC relationship
* Ongoing development to ensure full compliance with UK statutory regulations
* Researching transaction tax issues
* Developing and implementing process improvements
Qualifications/Experience required
* ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or equivalent
* Experience of corporate tax
* Knowledge of UK tax reporting requirements and legislation
* Excellent communication skills
