Your role will include:-
? Assistance with preparation of US GAAP year end and quarterly reporting
? Preparation of short and medium term tax forecasts under the US GAAP (FAS109)
? Monitor and update tax positions under FIN48
? Prepare and review UK tax provisions and computations under the UK GAAP
? Prepare tax disclosures of key US accounts (under the US GAAP / FAS109) including FIN48 templates
Ideally you will have had at least 2 years PQ experience in a reporting role either within the profession or in a commercial environment.
