Job Description
As a member of the Tax team, you will:
Be responsible for the US compliance process as it relates to international operations, including the preparation and review of Forms 5471, foreign tax credit calculations and other international requirements
Manage the international compliance process for overseas locations, including working with BU Finance leaders and local finance managers to streamline process and ensure full compliance
Oversee and coordinate forecasting of foreign tax liabilities
Work as an integral part of the Finance team with Accounting and Treasury professionals
Assist tax team, including Director International Tax & Transfer Pricing and others, with US and non-US tax planning, computation of worldwide tax provision and US tax compliance
Required Skills
BS/BA in Finance or Accounting
2+ years of experience
Big 4 and/or multinational corporate experience with emphasis on international tax matters
Experience with U.S. tax compliance
Strong organizational, leadership, analytical and problem solving skills
Desired Skills
CPA, M.S.-Taxation, or J.D
