As the Tax Technical Manager your duties will include but won't be limited to; В
Oversight of the US Qualified IntermediaryВ regime.
Evaluation of new FATCA regulations and impact on business operations
Management of EU claims across various jurisdictions
Translation of complex technical rules into business language
Oversight of EU Savings Directive and Section 18 reporting
Skills required;
Experience required in a global custody taxation department or advisory firm.
Extensive experience of global operational tax areas including tax reclaims and relief at source procedures
Experience of regulatory reporting and industry initiatives
