Our client's global Transfer Pricing practice is recognized as a leading innovator in addressing inter-company transaction issues and in the valuation of intangible assets. We are currently seeking a Managers for several offices to participate in and supervise multiple and challenging transfer pricing engagements and to contribute to the delivery of quality tax planning services for their diverse clients.
Responsibilities: Demonstrate an understanding of complex TP concepts and apply economic/financial knowledge to clients; Develop and deliver quality TP and economic ideas; Identify opportunities for TP and other special services; Prepare documentation, participate in APAs, defend transfer pricing in audits, work in the valuation of intangible assets, and develop quality, practical planning services; Manage the work of team members; Participate in and contribute to attaining team goals; Lead in developing recommendations and implementation plans.
Required experience & qualifications: an undergraduate degree, with an emphasis in economics or accounting; an advanced degree in economics or a Ph.D. is desirable; significant relevant experience with broad exposure to transfer pricing issues, and ideally exposure to TESCM; excellent managerial, organizational, analytical and verbal/written communication skills; and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional services environment.
