This large, rapidly expanding in-house corporate tax function based in London is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Corporate Tax Professional to look after the corporate tax for the UK & Ireland group. The role will also have a significant amount of project based work and will give you exposure to very talented tax professionals.
The role will have initial responsibilities for managing the corporate tax compliance and reporting processes for the UK & Ireland groups. There will also be a number of ad-hoc project work relating to issues coming from the compliance. Due to the constantly evolving nature of the organisation, this role will also work closely with business leaders, senior finance managers as well the global tax leaders on providing tax advice arising from Group M&A activity, disposals and Group restructurings.
You will need to be ACA/CTA qualified with excellent UK corporate tax experience and good interpersonal skills. An ability to communicate and get buy-in from non-tax professionals within commercial organisations will be required to be successful in this role
