Client:
Global Tax Advisory Business offering tax planning and restructuring advice to public listed names in the Finance Sector
The Role:
Working in specialist teams your role as a consultant will be to provide tax advice to a range of clients across the Investment Management Sector including independent fund managers and large asset management firms.
The type of advisory work will vary depending on the needs of the client but could involve;
? Explaining the impact of European Directives or new tax treaty issues to a client?s business or product range
? Designing tax efficient fund structures for a varied international investor base
? Formulating and implementing bespoke transfer pricing policies for international operations
Requirements:
? You must be fully qualified (tax, accountancy or legal) with significant corporate tax experience - ACA / CTA / Legal or equivalent qualification
? Ideally, you will have worked on a few different corporate tax advisory projects already, looking to move into an advisory geared environment where you will be exposed to the best work, on the most interesting clients.
? You will ideally be coming from a large firm, professional services background with experience of working across a multitude of clients.
? Exposure to the Investment Management industry is preferable, although not essential.
